Real estate buyers not only expect high-quality workmanship and equipment, but also the opportunity to have individual adjustments made to their house. I am familiar with the challenges of the developers and at the same time I know the expectations of the buyers. At this important interface, my goal is to find optimal solutions for both sides. I combine competence and creativity: On behalf of the developer, I look after the buyers of condominiums - until they move into their new home. I take over the construction supervision in relation to the draft and the design as well as the final clarification of functional and design details. So that the builders have the certainty that the building project is not only perfect in terms of design, but also when it comes to acceptance. I represent my clients; interests and work closely with the local construction management to achieve a flawless end result and meet construction deadlines.
